Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with the firm, I have not received a satisfactory response or a resolution to my concerns. Communication has been consistently poor, and I feel my case was not handled with the level of professional diligence expected.

Because these issues remain unresolved and involve potential breaches of professional conduct, I will be formally escalating this matter. I am preparing to file an official complaint with the State Bar to ensure this is investigated by the proper regulatory authorities.
