She looked me dead in the face and lied, promising if I wasn’t at NGI she’d get my case sent to psychiatric court. The second that third report came back, she completely sold me out. She flipped and told me I had no choice but to take a plea and go to prison, or go to trial and get buried for years. She didn’t fight for me at all — she sided straight with the DA’s office like she was on their team the whole time. The way she gave up on me felt personal, like my life didn’t matter to her the same way other people’s do. She’s a public defender who doesn’t defend her clients. Stay far away from this woman. She will destroy your life and sleep just fine.” If you or a loved one fallen in this game , please file a Grievance with the OLR ( OFFICE OF LAWYERS REGULATIONS ) It might help . This is disgusting and completely out of hand .

Nettie Rauch was the absolute worst. She literally failed my husband. She made him lose his revocation hearing all because she didn’t fill out the form with the reason for an appeal of his revocation ruling. My husband had to sit in prison for 2 years because he was on a hold and she continuously got his trial dates pushed back for no reason. She was not easy to get in touch with at all and would not answer my husband’s phone calls or come see him. She was paid $9,000 and she failed him at every turn. She tried to force my husband to take a plea deal for something he DID NOT do so that he could sit even longer and when he chose to take his case to trial she got upset with him and she completely threw his trial. She was being very sneaky with the state attorneys and she did not give a single objection or cross for state witnesses. She was not aggressive in her pursuit to help prove my husband’s innocence and if she had tried this would be a different review but she didn’t and she didn’t care. She did not fight to bring my husband home with me and his children and we regret hiring her. She lied repeatedly to him about his options and even forced witnesses on his behalf to say what SHE wanted them to say at trial. She did not advocate for him and we trusted her. If you go through this firm do not hire her at all. From the beginning she was a terrible decision.
