I called this law firm in regards to a possible employment rights situation. I was greeted by Carry Martin on the phone and upon giving the details of the situation I was confident they would assist. She stated that she would talk to her colleague in regards to the matter, which is understandable because not every situation is going to be represented legally. She then proceeded to state “I don’t think you have a case” in which I thought was a little blunt but was understandable about it. Once I asked why she thought I did not have legal grounds she then stated that she “had work to get done” and that she “didn’t want to go on a legal crusade”. Laws are laws and if you don’t want to represent me that’s fine but don’t attack potential clients. I’m honestly shocked at the lack of professionalism and am surprised these people are able to represent anyone let alone run a company. If you’re looking for someone to take you seriously and hear you out keep looking because this group isn’t it. Again, the takeaway is that you don’t have to represent everyone but you also should never attack someone looking for assistance. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
