I was incredibly impressed with Barry Grissom's ability to advocate for me. His communication was clear and concise and he was responsive with all communication. Barry Grissom advertises himself as an employment lawyer, but he was more interested in being an ambulance chaser asking me if someone’s car accident was represented who I had a discrimination and wage claim with which I found very unprofessional. When I had a Wage claim previously, along with a discrimination claim, he has been dismissive about the discrimination claim represented the wage claim and he charged more money than myself and myself and another client made with two different employers because he’s not interested in taking on employment cases unless they require little to know, work for him for a large amount of money this isn’t what I would expect from someone who advertises that they do employment law if he wants to be an ambulance chaser then he should advertise himself. That way he had little to no concern or empathy for what I experienced as a result of working in the in home care industry where a lot of employers will intentionally miss label employees as contractors to avoid paying business expenses, and operational expenses that they put off on the employee in many cases. Additionally, I experienced discrimination twice from the same person with two different companies and when I asked him for referrals to other lawyers, he does not want to assist with that or with any claims unless they are, cut and dry wage claims or to chase down the ambulance for the car accident that a previous employer was involved in who had sent me copies of her medical bills to justify paying me inappropriately illegally even though we know that her car accident claim is apparently worth a lot of money because I only showed him all of this as evidence to prove how I was suckered in to taking on my bosses responsibility without being correctly compensated to demonstrate some of the manipulation that I had been experiencing and he was much more interested in that case because he’s not there to represent employee right he’s there to make the most amount of money for the least amount of work. If you want a lawyer that’s passionate about what he does and cares about the clients that he serves I would recommend, not choosing Barry Grissom If you want a lawyer, that is seeking justice who will be concerned about your rights in an employment situation situation. This is not the lawyer to talk to. Additionally, my discrimination case involves stalking where I was the victim of stalking of two women who are complete bullies who were stalking me to protect a man who has been under investigation for human trafficking, where I was not given safety advice, but the claims made by my stalkers, were investigated by my employer, when you look this man up about his politics and he says that he hates bullies and he tries to advocate for human trafficking to make sure that victims of human trafficking are protected he is a liar he has no concern for any of this including zero concern for the safety of myself or the victims that I am a witness to their victimization because of former marrige to an abusive partner where I have been divorced for more than a decade, but I have been the victim of stalking because of the female accomplices associated with my former spouse if you think that these are the issues that this man cares about when you’re voting him into Kansas legislator, he does not give a rats ass
