I reached out to Grinevich Law Group through ARAG Legal Insurance for help locating and serving a defendant. During intake, I asked specifically if they could assist with both locating and serving, and was told they could “assist.” After nearly a month of back-and-forth communication and paying for skip tracing (which produced no new results), I was ultimately told they do not handle process serving and that their role was essentially complete. This was frustrating because the scope of “assist” was not clearly defined upfront. I expected more direct support or at least clearer communication about limitations earlier in the process. Overall, I found the experience inefficient and somewhat misleading, and I would advise others to get very specific clarification on services before proceeding.

I would definitely recommend this law firm. This is my second time where I an issue with a busy, both times I had positive results thanks Grinevich Law Group, PC!
