I strongly advise anyone considering this law firm to think twice.

I hired this firm to represent me in a credit matter with my bank and made two payments as agreed. After my second payment, I repeatedly requested to speak directly with the attorney handling my case. Despite numerous phone calls and voicemail messages, I never received a single call back or any update regarding my case.

When the time came for the final payment, I again requested to speak with the attorney before making another payment. Instead of arranging that conversation, the office only contacted me to request payment.

A few weeks later, I received an email informing me that my case had been terminated. The firm closed my case without ever discussing it with me, without providing any meaningful updates, and without explaining what work, if any, had been performed. To make matters worse, they kept the two payments I had already made and offered no refund.

Since then, I have continued trying to contact the firm. The client service line goes straight to voicemail, and none of my messages have been returned. The only phone line that is answered is the new client line. Every time I explain my situation, I am transferred back to another voicemail where no one responds.

This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a paying client, I expected transparency, professionalism, and access to the attorney I hired. Instead, I was ignored, my case was closed without proper communication, and I was left without answers or reimbursement.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this law firm.
