Very attentive and professional

I reached out to find out what services they provide and right after getting my name they want a deposit for a retainer never even spoke with anyone else. 3,000 minimum retainer to even move forward talking to anyone making sure you have money before they even discuss anything with you! I would say stay away! It’s all about the almighty dollar with them not in your case.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had a consultation scheduled for 3:00 PM and specifically took time away from work for it. This was an extremely important consultation regarding a situation that could have a huge impact on my life, so I was really counting on their help. When I hadn’t received a call by 3:15, I contacted the office and was told the attorney would call me. He ended up calling much later, after I had already returned to work. I asked him to call me back in about 10 minutes, so I could ask to leave work again, but he never did. A couple of days later, I called the firm again, explained that my consultation never happened, and asked to reschedule. I was told the attorney would follow up. Again, I never heard from anyone. I waited and waited for them to help with something incredibly important to me, and there was absolutely no follow-through. I ended up going with another local firm, and the difference was night and day. They took the time to actually get to know me, understand my situation and case, and made me feel like my concerns mattered. I also noticed that many of the positive reviews here seem to be about the website or online experience rather than the actual legal service. I understand attorneys are busy, but communication and respecting people’s time should be basic expectations. If this is how they handle a consultation, I would be very concerned about what communication would look like once they actually take on your case.
