This firm comes highly recommended on social media, especially in groups with other federal employees, but their average Google reviews ended up reflecting my experience more accurately.

The attorneys we spoke with during the initial consultation and follow-up call were professional, reasonable, and took the time to explain their background. However, there seems to be a disconnect between the attorneys, paralegals, and clients.

During both calls, we were told by the attorney a contract would be sent, but even weeks later, it never arrived and there was no follow-up. This lines up with what you see on Indeed/Glassdoor, where employees mention being overworked.

We’ll continue looking for counsel, but it’s frustrating to have to chase down a potential attorney for something as basic as a contract especially after being told to expect it.

It also raises concerns about whether important paperwork might fall through the cracks during an actual case.
