Tom was very rude to my mother on the phone as she was seeking a consultation for a will dispute. He yelled at her that she was wasting his time and that he didn't understand what she was talking about. Instead of being polite and asking questions to understand, he was rude and condescending during an already difficult and very trying time. Not impressed at all by someone who treats anyone disrespectfully like this. Will not being using them ever. If you are so busy don't take consult calls!
