Johnson May Law was incredibly helpful and I appreciate how quickly they were able to help me out especially when I told them I had an incredibly tight deadline of 72 hours to get something figured out!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of legal assistance.

I called to inquire about assistance with an out of state deed for my dying grandmother and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn’t give this place my business based on that experience. There was a total lack of empathy and professionalism

I believe in 5 years this might be the 3rd name change of the firm. After a free consult I was advised I would not have any fees generated bc I never signed a retainer to move forward, however surprisingly they generated 2 minimal charges that they had no right.

1. They charged me for medical records which I personally picked up from my Dr office & dropped off in person.

2. Instead of asking me to supply DMV info which I obviously would have easily, they decided to go their own route without communicating & charged me for documents that I already possess.

You can see they are a big firm with alot of clients, because of the disorganization & no communication, I do not recommend or suggest. They did not even care that I tried to appeal my 2 minimal charges. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional. Do better!

The woman on the phone initially told me the attorney I was going to see was 400/hr. Period. No retainer. I was asking for a simple letter. After the initial consultation, I was charged $400. Then I was sent an email asking for a $5000 retainer. When I called about it his paralegal wouldn't let me talk then sent me another email stating I didn't want their services. I called again today trying to explain, she simply threatened to hang up. She doesn't want to hear anyone talk but herself. Needless to say, I lost it with her and hung up. That paralegal has zero business dealing with the public on any level. She's rude as hell and doesn't want to listen to anyone about anything. They operate just like the people I contacted them about in the first place
