Just finished trial last week and finally waiting on Final Court Orders. I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Maria Milano alongside with her assistant Ilucion ! To begin with , Maria has been on my case for a little over a year now. Been there for 2 (Hearings) and 1 (Trial). She helped me establish Temporary Court Orders then OP filed a motion for Relocation and Primary Custody and that was scary for me. As a Father with 2 (daughters) that was my darkest moments going from watching my children from 6 (days) a week to every other weekend ?? I had many long sleepless nights and scary thoughts that could be a reality. But Maria DOMINATED in Trial and I can honestly say EXECUTED this Case FLAWLESSLY !

I found this Law firm because the name was cool “Gastelum” and somewhere on the website there slogan was , “Command the Courtroom” AND that’s a lawyer I need. What I love about working with Maria she’s a REALIST ! Giving me realistic advice and scenarios what could happen and once I met Maria during my consultation I told her , “Please be my lawyer”. I didn’t care if she had 40-50 ongoing cases. I wanted to be #51 in line ^_^. And that decision I NEVER REGRETTED. Maria is not there for the money but for results !! Maria put in so much work from writing Oppositions (that was so great I found myself reading it once a day for a week (seriously) , to compiling most crucial evidence to prove I’m a good father , Subpoena OP jobs for hidden income , and sending “Discovery” tools to use in her strategy for trial.

This Testimony and how well this Custody case turned out was a Great Experience ! I don’t write much reviews but when I do , I wanna *Give Credit where Credit is Due.* Maria kept my case grounded , and always informed me of any new updates and was always available to reach , and I love the Mock Trial Preparation we did because it helped me feel comfortable , and I love all the hard work she put into it. I want to say she EARNED EVERY PENNY ! I am retaining Maria for 18 more years for future hearings and in case OP wants to take me back to court , MARIA will be ready ^_^.

I would also like to mention Ilucion (Assistant of Maria) of having the pleasure to meet in person and being there for my trial as she was very nice and helpful to keep me calm when I would act nervous. Ilucion is very approachable and easy to talk with. I REALLY APPRECIATED when I needed copies of documents for my records , Ilucion was able to provide that in real fast timely matter. I would also say Team Maria & Ilucion really complement each other and what also separated Maria and Ilucion from the other parties Lawyer and Assistant was how ORGANIZED and WELL PREPARED both were coming to trial. The binders was perfectly labeled , base stamps of evidence was clear and order , and EVERY important filed dates that needed to be done was met. And for the other lawyer and assistant lets just say it was the OPPOSITE and a Hassle and the Judge was a bit annoyed. After seeing ALL the process that it takes to prep for a trial no wonder why its expensive. But I live by the Motto , “Money is Temporary. But time with my 2 Beautiful Daughters is Priceless” ^_^ And what better way to win and get awarded ALL my Attorney Fees that I’m sure to collect. But to top this off , I would say this was the BEST WILD RIDE of MY LIFE. Thank you for all you do , and I’m glad to have found this Law Firm. #TeamMaria&Ilucion
