Worst advice I ever received.
Cost me over 10 thousands (and counting) as a consequence.
Stay away.

And answering the response below - it was a paid and (as it turned out) very poor legal advice that resulted in lost time and wages, more legal expenses as well as reputational damage.

I had a false TPO filed against me and it caused major disruptions to my life.
