I am so glad I found Nicole Gainey and she accepted my case. Nicole is a wonderful attorney! The best I've ever known! I am only sorry I can give her just 5 stars. If I could give her 10 stars I definitely would. Nicole is tough, caring, honest, and smart. She worked long hours finding ways to support and represent me. Nicole always worked to understand where I was coming from and how I was hurting. Always fighting back against the odds with opposing attorneys. She was never afraid to take the fight right to them! Nicole never gave up on me or herself! She never stopped believing in me, or herself! Nicole also always kept me informed of how my case was going, what was going on, what was next. I never felt ignored or out of the loop. And, very importantly, I am especially pleased with the excellent settlement that Nicole negotiated for me. Not only the cash amount but she also got policies changed that will help others in the future as well. It’s hard enough when life throws you lemons, AND your a newbie learning how to navigate attorney world, presenting your case clearly, concisely, and succinctly- and if you’re like me though told I am relentlessly Strong, positive, fearless, this realm is, well vulnerable. Period. Can start to feel even more hopeless, after a call or two will dismissive attorneys mainly listening to the keywords they need for the “perfect case”. While most other firms had a certain air about them, Gainey felt like the FIRST breathe of fresh air well, I’ve had, well in too, long frankly, as gasping for air has become bit more status quo.

I don’t ever write reviews but I want others to make sure, to listen to your gut, if you have unfortunately found yourself, like me, seeking legal advice, counseling, or need a trusted/articulate friend/expert, to actually hear you out. The journey gave flashbacks of times with specialty doctors, despite the severity of ailment have 5 minutes per patient…can never really get a true grasp- make you wanna dig a hole and throw yourself in it.

Maybe the BEST part about Gainey was that DESPITE we weren’t a match for area for my precise need- she took the time, AS IF we were the ideal match, and I was the easiest, massive, layup case of the decade, which SPEAKS VOLUMES, as someone as brilliant, & surely busy, with no motive of a return of any kind - made me feel HEARD, SEEN for the first time during this ordeal, and sometimes thats all ya’ need, just gotta get the air under your wings, pick yourself up, keep going. Educate, empower, inform. She will do all three, with emotional intelligence sprinkled atop, to make feel like the anchor on your leg isn’t such a burden.

Best part, I have little doubt in our one hour, that she’s got the strength, conviction, AND your back, (with almost a light arm around your back, like that invisible guardian angel, that everyone secretly needs once or twice in life, …I know I did today!)

Responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. Nicole at Gainey Law made herself available when I needed counsel quickly. She was kind, informative, and very helpful. Although Nicole did not take on my case, she provided me with excellent advice and encouragement. I would recommend her to anyone needing employment law advice. I wish I had reached out to her earlier.
