If I could rate this place a 0 I would because even 1 star is too much. This is an unhelpful, unresponsive, inadequate, incompetent, garbage, unprofessional firm. After I made the payment for the CDD fees regarding the community I reside in, I have yet to still receive the receipt regarding the matter being resolved. I asked for additional documentation and a receipt upon payment and my question for that wasn't answered. I even emailed this firm in writing and majority of the few emails weren't answered. It's VERY true that this (not even going to acknowledge it as a firm) PLACE will not assist or give you the opportunity to dispute anything regarding the matter. I hope to never encounter this disgusting PLACE again.

HORRIBLE OFFICE!!! These attorneys DO NOTHING for their money. Premade filled out forms, charging hundreds of dollars just to mail out! You CANNOT speak to any attorneys handling your account. Also, They DO NOT reply to ANY EMAILS!! So, If you’re looking for a company to handle unpaid HOA dues, do yourself a favor and DO NOT use incompetent companies, as this one!! If I could give this company an -10, in review, I CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE!!!

This company is after me too, thru HOA (Greenacre) in my area, this new HOA trying to steal money. I'll definitely report them both. Any suggestion, please let me know.
