I hired Joshua Smith P.A to represent me in a traffic accident that occured September 19, 2025. Today, April 22, 2026, I have yet to receive any credible information of representation. I still have no clue what compensation is being saught, where we are in the "demands" with the case, and have to reach out again after over a month with no response to my last email March 26, 2026. At this point, everything is at my expense and my vehicle is still sitting awaiting repairs. If you are seeking representation and actually receiving communication for absolutely anything, please avoid this firm.
