If you're considering hiring Michael Fay & Associates for your personal injury case, I encourage you to do your research and read reviews before making a decision. I hired the firm after my accident in June 2025, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my case, I felt that I was repeatedly misled and that communication was poor. Because of those concerns, I decided to terminate my representation before my case was resolved. After I did, the firm asserted a lien against my settlement. This was my personal experience, and I would not hire this firm again. Before choosing any attorney, ask questions, read reviews from multiple sources, and make sure you feel confident that they will communicate honestly and keep your best interests in mind. Take your time, compare your options, and don't feel pressured to hire the first law firm you speak with.
