Family Law Matters

Very disappointing experience with Family Law Matters in Temecula. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and little accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking RELIABLE legal REPRESENTATION.

I was extremely impressed by Family Law Matters. When scheduling my consult over the phone they were very professional and made sure to follow up before the appointment. At the consult, I spoke to K, who was very helpful, listened actively to the details of my case, was very empathetic, and clearly understood the nuance of dealing with a custody case when domestic violence is involved, as well as how that translated to the strategy in my case. I felt confident that they have experience in dealing with a case involving domestic violence, divorce and narcissistic abuse. They also provided me with a packet of resources that gave even more clarity on how the legal process works, how their intake process works, and extensive information/books on tips to deal with all of this. This packet alone was very impressive and helpful. I did end up choosing another firm to represent me, with the deciding factor simply being distance as they are over an hour from my house. But if distance were not an issue, I 100% would have retained them as I feel confident they could have handled my case proficiently. The individuals who work at this firm clearly care about their clients and their stories while also obviously being extremely capable legal professionals. It's rare to find both of these qualities at the same time. You really couldn't go wrong in hiring them to help you out in a tough time where it really matters.

Excellent legal team. I appreciate them upholding the Christian principles while helping so many people navigate through legal matters. I'd recommend them to everyone.

If I could give this law firm no stars I would. They hardly helped my spouse we only talked to paralegals and not the attorney signed for my spouse custody case..if you want to spend thousands talking to paralegals and not the attorney directly this place is for you!!
