Updated Review of Camarata & Fuller Law Group I wanted to provide an updated review of my experience with Camarata & Fuller Law Group. In the beginning, working with Joe was a positive experience. Unfortunately, that changed over time. As my case progressed, whenever I questioned decisions or asked for legal explanations, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of having a productive discussion, I was threatened with a substitution of attorney if I continued to raise concerns, particularly when I questioned the conduct of his paralegal. I also felt that the legal issues and facts of my case were not given the consideration they deserved. Rather than addressing my legal questions directly, it seemed that too much weight was placed on a paralegal's opinions. After a court hearing involving an ex parte request filed by my ex, Joe again threatened to substitute out as my attorney when I expressed concerns. I told him not to threaten me and that if he wanted to withdraw, he should simply provide the substitution of attorney. Less than 24 hours after the hearing, I received an email from Joe essentially stating, "I was right, you're wrong," while continuing to bill me. The emails that followed reflected what I considered to be a lack of professionalism. What has been most disappointing is the handling of my trust account. I was told more than a month ago that my remaining trust funds would be returned "post haste." Instead, I recently received an email from his secretary stating that my original $2,500 balance had been reduced to approximately $800 and that I would need to provide a mailing address to receive the refund. As of writing this review, I am still waiting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. Clients should feel comfortable asking questions about their own case without fear of being threatened or dismissed. If others have had similar experiences with Camarata & Fuller, I encourage them to share their honest experiences and not feel pressured into changing their reviews simply because they are waiting for money owed to them.

Would never recommend these services to anyone. Specifically told them things not to tell the ex and did it anyway. Very quick to drop you as a client, way over priced, gives attitude when you’re just simply trying to get your things back and many more.

If I had had Joe as my attorney from the beginning of my divorce and custody battle, I truly believe the outcome would have looked very different. Joe is an exceptional attorney who knows how to navigate high-conflict situations without giving in to pressure from the other side. He listens carefully to his clients and is incredibly strong in trial.
I’ve worked with other attorneys who showed up to court unprepared and barely knew my case, which made an already stressful situation even more nerve-wracking. With Joe, I felt confident—he was fully prepared, detail-oriented, and professional. Krista was also right there every step of the way to assist, and together they make a powerful team.

This experience restored my faith in the legal process. If you need strong representation in a high-conflict case, Joe and Krista would be my first choice without hesitation.
