Evict Quik – San Diego

I had the tenant from hell squatting on my property for 4 months, when I found Janette. I explained my situation to her and she clearly told me what her process and prices would be. She also made sure to let me know it would not happen overnight because in California the tenants have all the rights, (which I already knew). Janette followed through on every step. Sometimes it took longer than I wanted for each additional step, but that was because the tenant ignored the notices, and even filed for an ex parte (forcing me to go to court) 2 days before the sheriff was going to evict them, causing me to need a lawyer. Janette helped me with that as well, by sending a solid eviction lawyer to assist me in court against these creeps. It was not cheap to get them out, but a lot of the added costs were because they knew how to play the system, and they took advantage of it! But, Janette did her part and was absolutely the reason these losers are gone and I didn't lose my composure throughout the process... More than once Janette talked me off the ledge, lol. In short, the money I spent was well worth the peace of mind knowing this was being handled, and I could remove myself from the process. Of course my house was trashed but at least the creeps are gone ... Thanks to Janette! In fact, I was so impressed with her work, I have referred another friend to her and she is well into the process of removing their bad tenants as well. Thank you Janette!

I used Evict quick a couple times. They are the BEST!! Jeanette is so patient in explaining the process. I get inpatient with the court processing and Jeanette always replies back regardless if court has not reply. I used Evict quick in 2021 I believe and their price remain unbeatable. Horrible service. They will lie to you to string you along. I was promised quick action but every move took over a week or more! They would take a week to respond. Courts move faster. They are on the side of the tenant and not landlords. If you value your money and time, avoid these guys. They are shady. They are listed as San Diego evict on yelp with bad reviews.
Also note that getitdone legal center listed on yelp is the same thing, as they work together. San Diego evict also known as evict quick use Rosann and getitdone legal, since they have bad reviews. It's a trick. . Roseann from getitdone is now texting my personal phone in retaliation and is harassing me. She gathers customers for San Diego eviction or evict quick. Scam. Stay away. Overall a very shady business with bad service.
