Check out all his bad review on Yelp before hiring this crook! Save your money and save yourself the headache, go find a real attorney! Surprised he’s still in business after stealing from so many former clients. I’d give him no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option here or on Yelp. There’s a bogus 5 star review here. He probably did that himself or paid someone to do it for him.

Unless you're looking to drag things out in court and have a cheesy, smug attorney, I don't recommend this guy. He's a liar & can't be trusted. He pretends to be nice & acts as if he knows so much but when push comes to shove he's a dirty rat & should not be allowed to practice law! He has absolutely NO INTEREST in what's best for the kids involved, he just wants the $$$. He doesn't even have an office, he uses a PO box but addresses it as a "Suite" so you think it's an office. Do your research & find an attorney that knows the law, just don't waste your money on this guy, you'll regret it!!!!

This man is inept at reading legal language, and is ill-mannered to boot!
He completely misinterpreted the Promissory Note I was trying to redeem, saying the Note was invalid as a legal document. One clause clearly stated that MY court costs would be paid in the event of litigation, but Mr. Kinsey claimed the opposite. When I sent 10 initial questions taken directly from the Bar Association's recommended list, he objected ("So many questions!"), then started to answer, but wandered off-track. He wrote that people employed in fields like mine weren't good clients because we expected timely, rational results! He also suggested that finding the Guarantor might prove an arduous search.
All other lawyers I interviewed shared a much different view: my Note was indeed legal and binding; my court costs would be paid; and finding the Guarantor would be an easy matter for their private detectives. The lawyer I retained simply sent a polite letter. That was enough to get a prompt response from the Guarantor promising to make swift arrangement for payment.
Thank goodness I didn't listen to Eugene Kinsey!

This guy is a crook! Do not hire him! I wish I could give him no stars but one is the minimum on Yelp!

I gave Mr. Kinsey $5,000 retainer fee and without my consent, he handed my case over to a so-called attorney who graduated from an online law school. His work was so bad, I could have done a better job without a law degree. When I confronted Mr. Kinsey, he gave me more empty promises.

Luckily I filed a complaint against him with the State Bar and that was the only way I was able to get my $5,000 retainer fee refunded.

Avoid this guy at all cost! This was back in 2009 when this happened. I can't believe this scam artist is still able to operate his fraudulent business and continue to rip people off.
