I had a terrible experience, I do not recommend for anything. James martinkus and his staff do not respond at all when I have contacted them with questions or any information. They did not inform me on anything that happened in any of my court hearings. He told me not to worry about it. I left messages daily to get in contact with them over a month of getting not even a phone call or email back. He didnt inform me of documents I needed done by a specific date and then his wife Anne contacted me the day after they were supposed to be done letting me know I need to get them in. I have requested my account statement balance 7 times and my refund of retainer fee and it has been over a month without response. All they do is take your money and not help you at all. It has been a real kick while im down dealing with my divorce and then they just add endless stress and make it harder for me every step of the way. Do not use them for any kind of representation. If I could give negative stars I would.
