I was passenger in Uber on August 7 2025 and I hired an attorney from law firm and his name was Cody Boyer and Bri Demaster these both attorneys working in the same law firm and I was injured August 7th 2025 and since that day of the accident when I was paessenger in Uber I asked for the demand letter which is sent from this firm to Liberty mutual but they refused to send me a copy of that demand letter they said it's our privacy and I still didn't receive the demand letter from this firm I have been asking them for the best 2 months for the demand letter which sent to Liberty mutual but they are refusing to show it to me and now before 2 weeks I called my attorney and he said that it's only we getting from Liberty mutual $50,000 only I accept that and I told him okay and he I asked him over the phone okay when I'm going to receive or when you going to receive the check from Liberty mutual he said from week to 10 days we must have the check available I told him okay then I called him back after 10 days which is yesterday and then I asked him if he received the check from Liberty mutual but he told me your case over and we will withdraw your case then I was pissed I told him how is that I called you before 10 days ago and you told me after 10 days I will get the check from Liberty mutual and now you're telling me you need to drop my kids so they are very bad law firm and there was unhelpful and never give me updates on my case and they are trying to do everything from their head and they never help me and they throw me in the middle of the dark and never give me an updates on my case and never answer my calls and always unavailable to answer my calls or to give me an updates on my case it's very bad on the front me now I don't know what if they took the check from Liberty mutual or not they are very bad and I'm going to sue them to the court tomorrow I will sue them and I will sue this law firm and I will see Liberty mutual and they will sue over company also we all going to go to the court tomorrow I'm going to report them all as a fraud.
