Eric is an amazing lawyer, he goes above and beyond for his clients. Any time I have needed a lawyer he is worth every penny I have spent. Do not ever be alarmed if it takes him a minute to get back to you. He is a busy man and I promise he is doing everything in your best interest. Eric Derleth is one of the most knowledgeable and respectable lawyers you’ll find, he’s patient, diligent, responsive, and very knowledgeable in the law. He fought for my freedom tooth and nail for three years, he not only fought the state who was desperate to put me in jail, but even had to talk me into not giving up when I was ready to give in, as I didn’t realize the state or the judge misunderstood the law in my situation. long story short Eric was able to resolve my case with both the state and myself satisfied with the outcome.
