Exercise caution before hiring this firm. We retained them for their purported expertise, but once the retainer was paid, our matter was delegated to an associate who lacked a basic understanding of relevant case law. Communication was abysmal, with some inquiries going ignored for months. Most concerning was the billing: partners and senior staff would inflate invoices with "review" time for the associate's work, yet consistently failed to catch errors or address concerns we had raised multiple times. After spending over $30,000, it became clear their priority was maximizing billable hours rather than maintaining factual accuracy or delivering results. I was indeed a paying client, despite the business's attempt to downplay my review and deny my experience. Taking a customer's money, providing absolutely no value, and then trying to publicly denying their exist is entirely unacceptable.
