It took me a while to come up with the words to express my heartfelt gratitude for Lindsey Eastwood Probate Law. I really pray that you all will take the time to read my review because it is definitely a life changer. I met Lindsey back in 2023 and when I mean she took the time to really know and understand my situation. I was trying to get guardianship over my mother who is my best friend and she Dementia. I can admit that my case was very difficult to the point that no other lawyer would even try to hear me out or take me and mom's case. Lindey did not treat us as clients, but more like family. Lindsey and her staff went over and beyond to fight for me and my mom. I can tell the heart that she has for her who she is representing and she is definitely solider. Lindsey went to war for me and my mom and even when I would get discouraged and want to cry, Lindsey stood in the gap and encouraged me to the fullest. The hours upon hours upon hours Lindsey invested for me and my mom. There were things that was not even part of her practice that she took the time to study and helped me with. The fearlessness in Lindsey Eastwood and the way she presents herself goes beyond 5 stars. No matter how any other lawyer tried to intimidate Lindsey and her staff, she would not back down. Everything that Lindsey told me to collect I was able to and back in March 2024 I was Granted Guardianship over my mother. Lindsey stood so strong to the point that on the day of court we surprised the other side with all the witnesses, they did not want to continue. I can't thank God enough for blessing me with Eastwood Probate. On top of everything else thanks to Lindsey and her staff we were also able to get rid unwanted company from my mom's house. I apologize for the long review, and I still feel like I haven't shared enough.

Lindsey and her team were very patient and accommodating while setting up my parents' estate planning. They took the time to go over everything with me a second time and again after my father passed away. This is a very good business and law firm. I highly recommend Eastwood Estate & Probate Law.

Actually had experience with another law firm to compare them to and I have to say, this firm is amazing. They took over when the other law firm completely failed. We retained Eastwood Probate to handle my deceased father-in-law's estate and in the process they had to step in and close the existing conservatorship for us as well. (The original law firm could not do it even a year after my father-in-law's death.) Their response time to emails is amazing. They communicate everything very clearly. They really go above and beyond the basics. I was super impressed and blown away by their handling of our situation. It is obvious that they are experts in their field. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal services regarding estates. They will be my only go-to firm from here on out.
