If you like flushing money down the toilet, this is the law office for you. 2 separate tenant eviction cases, 2 separate dismissals. Couldn’t remember basic details of the case, or what the case was even brought for. It was like you had to do half the work you were paying them for. Just find someone else if you need legal help.

This law firm took on an auto claim incident; Mary Dunn; co-owner of Dunn and Wilson left the firm do to a fight with co owner Thomas Wilson, Attourney, and co owner of the practice here in holyoke; they didn’t even call me to tell me she left; then I was told from Wilson that he would take the case even though he doesn’t practice that type of law and knows the statue of limitations on that type of thing. He also stated he could send me to another Attourney or let me take my case else where do to the malpractice and negligence of their office. They now have wasted so much time; never wrote a demand letter to the insurance; they are withholding my files; which is grossly illegal. This practice is a joke.

I have thought long and hard about writing this review. Attorney Wilson was recommended by a mutual friend. I hired him to file a bankruptcy for me, after I lost my business due to Covid. I paid his entire fee of $1,800 up front. I stayed in contact with him, and he told me repeatedly that our case was all set, and he either was filing it, or had already filed it. He also told me that he had reaffirmed the homestead on my house, protecting me from foreclosure. Well, after about 4 months, I received notice that my home was scheduled for foreclosure auction. I immediately contacted Attorney Wilson, as surely, this had to be a mistake. Well, no. No it was not. Attorney Wilson had not done ANYTHING with my case. Had not filed. Had not reaffirmed the homestead. Nothing. I now had about 2 weeks until the foreclosure auction on my home of 20 years. Attorney Wilson had a solution right away. His solution? "I'll refund your money. You'll have to hire someone else, because I don't deal with foreclosures." Yup. That was it. Best of luck living on the street, buddy. So, I had to hire another attorney, and file chapter 13 in order to stop the foreclosure on my home. I'm still in the midst of it all, and losing sleep over all of this. Since this happened to me, I have met no less than three other former clients, who tell similar stories of botched cases, and failure to do any work at all, even after being paid for his services. So, I would advise anyone considering this law firm, to seriously consider a COMPETENT Attorney to help you out. This gentleman is anything BUT competent.
