Duncan law firm has a lot of integrity, he was honest enough to let me know that since I've already found my chapter 13 bankruptcy myself and got to the 341 meeting ( and based on my circumstances ) he wouldn't feel good taking my case because I would have been paying him for doing much of nothing, and if things got a little wobbly later on, he would be more than happy to see if he can help me then. My man!!!!!!

I got very confused yesterday and ended up calling three people from the same company where they were calling me back and forth rather and I was trying to find every option I could and then these arrogant men got on the phone and were willing to say to me I need to quit calling everyone. My house is in foreclosure. I am desperate and the least anyone could do is be pleasant in a world that I am not familiar with. You don't ask a lot out of other human beings, but not being your typical dirtbag car salesman would most certainly be the wrong choice for me. So I immediately knew I was not using this law firm after they spoke to me and insinuated how stupid I was just by a few words. Humans need to do better. I know in this line of business it's all about how much money you can make, but for some people it's about what they're losing. And I have never been more embarrassed and more angry at the same time as I was yesterday when all three of these men happen to be in the same room. It hurt my heart. Not to mention they assumed they were speaking to my elderly mother whom this is all happening to. Wrong answer. You got her daughter and this is a problem

This will be my 2nd update to my review.
I have been trying to get Damon to respond to my emails for 2 weeks now and it seems he only responded to my 1st negative review, so I would change it, which I did thinking I would give him another chance.
Obviously he doesn't want to deal with my case.
