Called into this establishment to schedule a consultation. During that call, I was told the systems were down and they would call me back. After I had to follow up, I scheduled a call for a week later. I was told to complete a questionaire with all of my personal information (Including my SSN). Then, I was told, less than an hour before my appointment that the lawyer can't even consult with me because I live one county over (Iredell). I have never heard of anything like this and it was a complete waste of time and waste of sending my personal information unsecured. My mother is a lawyer in NYC and never only serviced specific counties with a statewide/multi-state licensing.
