No happy with their service,i bought a property few months ago my realtor used them to do my paperwork and they missed spelled my home address. i called and email (Lisa) multiple times to fix it all my documents have the wrong address and she told me she going to work on it and 6-7 month and still getting and my documents wrong.

My husband called about an issue, and the lady he spoke to didn't put the phone on hold. He heard her saying extremely rude things about him and the case.. this is not how someone should treat a person. Even if they don't think we have a case to win. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. If we don't have a case, that's fine, but it shouldn't be heard over the phone by someone who works in a professional place that is made to help people.

I was very impressed with the staff especially Pam McCaffrey who coordinated everything down to me getting my funds in a timely fashion. The even sent a Notory to my house to sign documents.
