I retained attorney Brandon Viele in October 2025 to represent me in my divorce matter. At the time, I was hopeful the case could be resolved amicably and appreciated Brandon's professionalism during the initial stages of representation.

In December 2025, Brandon informed me that he was leaving the firm and that attorney Mindy Jewell would be taking over my case. While I understood the reason for the transition, I was disappointed by what I felt was a lack of continuity and communication after the transfer.

As the client, I expected a more thorough introduction and strategy discussion with Mindy Jewell regarding the status of my case, my goals, and the path forward. Instead, I often felt disconnected from the attorney-client relationship and uncertain about who was actively managing key aspects of my case.

One incident that stands out occurred on March 10, 2026, when a conference with opposing counsel had been scheduled weeks in advance. I arrived at the office for the meeting and was informed that Mindy Jewell would not be attending due to illness. While I understand that attorneys can become sick and emergencies occur, I was frustrated that I was not notified before arriving at the office. I was also billed for time related to communications surrounding the missed meeting.

My review is not based on a single event, but on my overall experience with communication, case management, and the transition of representation from Brandon Viele to Mindy Jewell. Others may have a different experience, but I believe prospective clients should carefully consider how important attorney communication, accessibility, and continuity of representation are when selecting counsel.

Terrible that my lawyer Mrs. Childress lied about her intress was to make sure that the kids were going to be ok and with me,after she knew my kids father was abusive, toxic and mentally unstable ,and that I was trying to protect them yet she,quit my case 2 weeks before the trial court date over 1 behind payment, and I told her I was in between jobs to work with me,working against me over a dollar 💵, now my kids suffering mentally 😢, physically and emotionally bc she wouldn't help represent me in my case,dont go to Childress she money hungry and will leave your family in distress 😡😠

I had a issue with immigration for not having the right certification of a document. Sam Norman is your guy. He explained the importance of the documents I had and the problems that I was going to have. He calmed me and my husband down and told us he had a plan to get the document I needed. Because the party wasn't going to make things hard and expensive for us. Sam simply tracked down the ex and found the documents in another state had them in my hands in minutes..then took it further the get certification of all the documents. He called us back to the office to receive my documents then emailed my immigration lawyer his copies before my denied immigration application expired. I recommend that you call him first. He cares about helping people resolve these issues fast. His prices are reasonable and affordable. Please check him out before you get advice from the other lawyers i called before he was recommended to me.
