Burdette Law Firm

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Burdette Law Firm. Throughout my case, communication was very poor. I was almost always the one reaching out for updates, often waiting days or even weeks for a response. There was very little proactive communication from the firm.
I was also not properly briefed or coached before my Zoom court appearance, which left me feeling unprepared during an important moment in my case. Additionally, the signing of my divorce decree took longer than expected with no clear updates or explanation provided along the way.
After the divorce was finalized, I was instructed by their office to wait until June before taking action regarding my ex-husband's failure to pay court-ordered alimony. I followed their guidance, documented everything, and kept them updated. However, when June arrived, I was then told the firm no longer handles post-divorce matters and would not assist further despite previously indicating they would move forward with enforcement.
This lack of follow-through and communication put me in a difficult position after relying on their advice. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported during a very important process.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone who expects consistent communication, preparation, and follow-through.

Burdette Law Firm did an amazing job with handling my divorce process. Even when my Ex wife was being difficult with both of us. They got the case done and I received everything I was asking for. I'm very grateful for the team and all their hard work.
