Don Buikus handled the sale of our condo early last year. It was the best experience we have ever had with an attorney for a real estate transaction. Don was always responsive and so thorough. Phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly (often after normal business hours). Don is very patient and took great care in ensuring that we understood every paper that we were signing. His knowledge of real estate in the area was also very impressive. A straightforward and honest gentleman and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience with Donald and Simone. They were accommodating in helping us get power of attorney and other documentation signed for my parents & even travelled to the nursing home working around our schedules, and made sure to explain all of the paperwork thoroughly. Can't say enough good things about them both. Great communication, ease of scheduling, and very trustworthy. And if you're price conscious, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend you hire them for your needs - they won't steer you wrong.
