I cannot say enough good things about JK Closing Attorneys. Joanne and the entire team were professional, responsive, and truly helped get this file across the finish line.

In this market, communication and follow-through matter more than ever, and their team delivered. They stayed on top of the details, worked with urgency, and helped make sure we got to funding.

As a mortgage professional, I know how important the settlement/title team is to the client experience, and JK Closing Attorneys made a very strong impression. Highly recommend.

Working with JK Closing was an experience in circular communication. Instead of handling issues directly, they repeatedly deferred basic responsibilities back to the listing agent — who was in no position to manage them.

On multiple occasions, they forgot what had already been discussed and agreed to with our attorney, only to send emails hours later repeating the same points as if they were new revelations. It created unnecessary delays, confusion, and a level of disorganization I’ve never encountered in any of my prior closings.

This was my first closing in Florida, but not my first closing overall — and I’ve never had to get this involved in a transaction. JK Closing turned simple tasks into multi‑step loops.

If you’re looking for efficiency, clarity, or leadership, look elsewhere.

**EDIT: Since the attorney’s office felt the need to respond: Some real hard facts…

I was the one funding every dollar of this transaction and representing on behalf of my partner - on their authority.

It became clear during the transaction that this attorney did not have a correct understanding of what constitutes a fixture under Florida real estate law - even after our attorney explained it to him. That misunderstanding directly contributed to the seller’s confusion and lack of cooperation; so, my involvement became absolutely necessary.

The attorney should be embarrassed that a buyer’s representative had to step in and correct issues that should never have occurred in the first place.

Everyone involved in this transaction was ultimately paid because I funded it and kept the process moving.

Here’s the most real hard fact — brace yourselves: I didn’t care about the missing fixtures or the debris. My goal was simple — secure a larger credit and close the 48‑hour delay their attorney created. And that’s exactly what happened.

A simple ‘thank you’ would’ve made more sense than embarrassing excuses.

Despite the attorney’s attempt to spin the narrative, my review remains factually accurate.**
