Do not use this Law Firm. They don’t even know how to prepare paperwork correctly. I spoke to Dominic in the summer and I told him that they had the order of siblings incorrectly and he just dismissed or shrugged he corrected. I asked him to correct it. My family stayed hired them for the closing of my parents house and then received a call from Joy Cruz who started going off on me on the phone. Extremely unprofessional she was calling me rude I was just talking to her in a business like manner. She was calling me names do not use this firm. Don’t even use them for free.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.

My wife and I used this firm to close on a refinance. They asked us for our title certificate so that they can use it for our closing. No biggie they said it would take a while for it to be returned to us. I called them about a month ago to find out what is going on with my title certificate. I was greeted by the receptionist and she told me she would relay the message. I still haven't received a call.

We then received a notice from city hall saying that our first half of our taxes weren't paid. I called back to find out what was going on. No response back of course. My wife called and Thomas Migliaccio responds in an email. Still hasn't gotten to the bottom of it nor have they contacted us.
