Both my wife and I share this account but this review is being written by me, Gregg Gaglia, as I am involved with Attorney Domenic Migliaccio for the sale of my mother's home.
Domenic and his paralegal,Joy, have been very professional and extremely helpful. Both of them respond in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I have had throughout this process. Attorney Migliaccio is a knowledgeable, seasoned lawyer and was highly recommended by several businesses and individuals in the Buffalo area.
My brother did an exceptional job hiring Domenic to represent the both of us.
I highly recommend Attorney Migliaccio and vouch for the quality of service you will receive.

I am writing in response to the lies my sister stated in a review of the Migliaccio Law Firm.First of all I am the one that hired this firm. So if there was any truth to what my sister stated I would remain silent.I have found Mr.Migliaccio and his employees to be available and extremely helpful at all times.They have handled everything in a very professional manner.They came highly recommended and have lived up to that reputation.And dealing with my sister causes stressful situations. My sister has a problem with everyone. First the antique owner,Then the doll company,And finally this law firm.My sister states in her review that there was a clerical error with the deed that had her listed last instead of second. There was no error but when she hears the truth and does not like it she lashes out. And then does what she does best,LIE. I find it amazing that she is always the only person that has these problems with these companies. I know in today's world anyone can post anything they want. But I will not sit by idley and watch her falsely smear a very respected law firm that has done an outstanding job for me.

Dominic was hired by my sister when our mom died. With his help, she ended up keeping all the money from my mother’s will instead of splitting it with herself, my brother and me. Dominic falsified two wills in an attempt to settle the estate quickly. He does not respond to messages. He should be disbarred. Avoid this firm at all costs. He helped my sister (who no longer communicates with me) betray the family. It’s been like a second loss.
Tremendous disrespect and grief. Yikes! I’d prefer this to be zero stars.

Attorney is handling the sale of my mothers’ house and assisted with another case with a Doll auctioneer. He (Dom) does NOT return calls or emails. I then received the paperwork to sign and have notarized and then noticed clerical errors (the order of sellers was reversed--I had mentioned this earlier to correct but they did not). I spoke to a Joy Cruz (legal assistant) who started yelling and calling ME names on the phone (yes, really!). We had retained this law firm for the sale of my parents' home. Do not use them. Do not use them for free. In all my years working as business professional (advertising executive in NYC); I have never been called names in my life in the world of business - shows you the mentality of this firm.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.

My wife and I used this firm to close on a refinance. They asked us for our title certificate so that they can use it for our closing. No biggie they said it would take a while for it to be returned to us. I called them about a month ago to find out what is going on with my title certificate. I was greeted by the receptionist and she told me she would relay the message. I still haven't received a call.

We then received a notice from city hall saying that our first half of our taxes weren't paid. I called back to find out what was going on. No response back of course. My wife called and Thomas Migliaccio responds in an email. Still hasn't gotten to the bottom of it nor have they contacted us.
