I had a very disappointing experience with Dolan Law. I spent almost two months communicating with the firm about employment matter, uploading documents, providing nearly twenty pages of information, and completing all questionnaires. Despite this, my case manager, Karla Soto, repeatedly sent me the same questions because she never reviewed my emails or the documents I submitted. She didn’t respond for weeks, then contacted me again asking questions that were already answered in my files. It was clear she had not communicated anything to the attorney or properly managed the case.

After all this delay, I suddenly received an email saying the firm “does not have time” to take my case just two days after she requested more information. This level of disorganization and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a time-sensitive legal matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
