I came to Kelly with a tough and urgent problem that I thought required an amendment to a Living Trust established by my aging and ailing mother who is transitioning to managed care. What's more, I was from out of town (Seattle), desperate and time-crunched, racing medical care deadlines and a pre-scheduled return flight home, all the while trying to navigate the byzantine and illogical "system" that is American healthcare. She made it all easy and painless, and I not only got great legal help, she also educated my mom and I on the relevant matters (Trusts and Durable Power of Attorney interactions, etc.) so I could feel more confident about our decisions.
