I have to say they are probably the worst law firm to deal with. The female lawyer is rude and short. Does not want to explain or actually do her job? I am very, very dissatisfied with their service at this moment. You send them information with that. Is in regards to one case? And they try to tell you that it has to be separated. And you're gonna get charged for each one? Even though that all of it goes together because it's all retaliation. So then they don't want to handle it. And literally refuse to process things, just not a good lawyer's service. At all.

I was paired with this firm through my LegalShield membership and found the experience deeply disappointing. From the outset, communication felt dismissive and transactional rather than solution-oriented. Instead of providing meaningful assistance within the scope of the LegalShield plan, the focus quickly shifted toward encouraging me to retain the firm for additional paid services.

My concerns were not meaningfully addressed, and advice repeatedly defaulted to “retain counsel,” even in situations where escalation appeared premature. It gave the impression that expanding billable representation was prioritized over resolving the issue within the membership benefits.

After reviewing other low-rated feedback referencing similar experiences through LegalShield, I realized my situation may not be isolated. Consumers relying on prepaid legal services should ensure they clearly understand what is covered and advocate for thorough guidance before being advised to retain additional services.
