This review is strictly based off of the experience with Faith and her office. As my review states, the external counsel was only obtained AFTER already working with Faith due to the lack of professionalism and shocking disregard she treats her clients with. My review is only about this law firm and it remains accurate despite her deflection.

This attorney is incredibly unprofessional and rude. The communication was mostly non-existent, and what little there was was delayed, unclear, condescending with no genuine efforts to understand, or answer questions or address concerns. At times lack of communication on her end created delays which led to unnecessarily tight deadlines and even disturbing threats such as getting rid of family possessions, and even vague intimidation over leaving my honest review! From the start she was often insulting and antagonistic for no apparent reason, or more likely due to her obvious impartiality among represented parties. More specific to the case; she was slow, she was unable to provide any receipts for *dozens of thousands* of dollars of expenses not included in tax return receipts upon request, and only provided a spreadsheet that had been made in Excel without any receipts to show proof of the larger expenses. At least once CCed unwanted third parties in our private email chains with our external counselors without our permission or knowledge.

This person responds to client inquiries like a teenager being asked to clean her room. You should not expect prompt or clear communication, or respectful impartial treatment. I understand there are probably limited options in Centre County, but you would be better off going almost anywhere else. I should have looked at the responses to client feedback on here as it is unhinged, but highly representative of this person and how she conducts herself and her business. I would not go to a restaurant that replies like that let alone serious legal services. She was so bad, my sister had to get an outside opinion from a trusted attorney who also confirmed that she was unprofessional and unpleasant to work with and her conduct and handling of the case was very poor and not up to professional standards. This was an extra cost, but worth the peace of mind dealing with someone like this over something so sensitive and important. The additional consultation was a sharp contrast, highlighting how attorneys, or any client-serving professionals for that matter, are supposed to communicate and treat clients. I hate to think how this would have been handled without the outside support.

Dealing with the death of a loved one is hard no matter what, but dealing with this attorney, her lack of respect, professionalism, and her lack of common decency only added more stress, confusion, and pain to an already horrible life experience. Don't put yourself or your family through it. Steer clear of this attorney, Centre County will be lucky when she retires!

I consulted with Faith about a house sale that was a result of my inheriting my father's estate. I had never been in this situation before. Faith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and guided me through what would have otherwise been a difficult and stressful process. She and her colleague even came out to look at the house.
I highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for an expert real-estate lawyer in the State College area!
