I had Mr Davis as a court appointed attorney who failed to represent me even after I did all of the research for my own case and visited him for presentation of the evidence at his Crossville office. He was difficult to get a hold of and was often silent in the courtroom, not bothering to use any of the evidence or research I had presented him in my defense.
