I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before working with this office.

While my case was ultimately resolved in my favor, I encountered a serious issue with billing practices that I believe others should be aware of. After my case had already reached a settlement, the attorney withdrew $600 from my account. This directly contradicted the agreement that was clearly explained to me during the initial consultation regarding fees and payment timing.

What’s especially concerning is that this charge happened after services were effectively completed, without proper authorization or transparency. Because of this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to avoid leaving any banking information or active credit cards on file unless you are absolutely confident in how they handle billing.

Due to the nature of this situation, a formal complaint has been filed with the state bar on my behalf. I believe this step is necessary to ensure accountability and to prevent similar situations from happening to others.

To be fair, the only positive aspect of my experience is that my case was resolved successfully. However, that outcome does not outweigh what I consider to be unethical billing practices. Clients deserve clarity, honesty, and adherence to agreed terms—especially when it comes to financial matters.
