I would not recommend this law firm based on my experience. After terminating my representation, I was told that my unused $2,500 retainer would be refunded within 3–5 business days. That timeframe has now passed, and I have still not received my money. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve called and texted multiple times trying to get an update, and my messages have been ignored. Keegan, in particular, has not responded to my attempts to reach him. I understand that refunds and accounting can take time, but if you’re going to give a client a specific timeframe, you should honor it or at least communicate if there’s a delay. Being left without answers while waiting on money that belongs to you is unacceptable.
