Went to Belmont Law to handle my divorce. I wasn't the easiest client, not knowing what I should do in addition to the mental toll it created for me. Michele, Adele and the entire office understood and handled my divorce and Me with care, concern, and professionalism. My recent experience with Michelle Belmont during a deposition was very disappointing. I understand attorneys have a duty to represent their clients and ask difficult questions, but the manner and tone of the questioning often felt unnecessarily confrontational and at times condescending. I also found the questioning repetitive, particularly regarding the multiple properties involved in the case. In my experience, some of the same issues were revisited rather than addressed more efficiently. I was also surprised by some of the questions regarding my professional and construction experience. Some of them suggested to me a limited familiarity with basic construction terminology and practices, and I found certain questions confusing and not fully grounded in the work as it’s actually performed. I respect the legal process and recognize that divorce litigation can be adversarial. However, I believe professionalism, civility, and respect should remain part of that process. This review reflects my personal experience during the deposition. It was unfortunately not a positive experience for me. Response understand your role is to represent your client, and I never suggested otherwise. However, my concern was the manner in which questions were asked and the personal attacks I perceived during the deposition. I’m proud of my tracking record of financial achievements but you shifted your response to advertise your free hour consultation but still doesn’t address that concern.

Michele helped us with our wills and estate planning. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, clearly explained everything, and pointed us in the right direction throughout the entire process. Michele and her staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. She has a great office, and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance.
