I had a strong case and still felt completely unsupported throughout the entire process. She didn’t know important details about my case, failed to properly prepare for trial, and did not present key evidence. At mediation, she appeared on Zoom while driving, which felt incredibly unprofessional.

On the day of trial, I was shocked by how unprepared she seemed, especially considering the amount of money I was billed afterward — over $10,000 for last-minute work and minimal effort.

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I found her disorganized, unprofessional, and careless with something as serious as a custody case. If I could give negative stars, I would.
