I have never encountered a more unprofessional and downright unethical attorney than Dania S. Fernandez. She has been repeatedly trying to force families out of their homes through aggressive foreclosure tactics. She has blatantly ignored laws prohibiting abusive collection practices, including sending threatening letters, and using intimidation to try and coerce people into giving up their homes. She accuses people of owing HOA fees when, in fact, none are owed. Her office does not get back to you when you try to resolve the matter.

This is beyond just bad legal practice – it’s exploitation at its worst. If you're looking for an attorney who actually upholds ethical standards and respects the law, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Nothing but great service is what I have experience in our real estate transactions from Dania and her staff. The closings went smoothly and had no issues.

I assume the low ratings are based on people who were doing something against their condo laws since she represents associations...
