Called gave them the info needed and told them I have text message proof to the discrimination I experienced at work. They told me to get my employers HR department to finalize the ethics violation report. My company gave me more hours (so I won't get the time off I requested to obtain my G license) and 2 weeks I received nothing from HR. When I called Hernandez legal group to share my concern of never receiving the ethics violation report, instead of helping or meeting me they just completely rejected me and didn't even tell me themselves, they had their receptionist to do it. In my opinion, if you're looking for someone to fight for you, keep looking. These guys from what I've experienced got no fight and will expect you to fight by the company standard of whom have zero ethics.

It has been a very long road, more than two years. Full of many difficulties and anguish, having to endure interviews with those lawyers.
