I had the privilege of working with Attorney Holder during a bankruptcy case that was anything but ordinary. An alleged creditor who is also a lawyer has a well-documented history of professional misconduct (convicted criminal, sanctioned by the bar, disgraced politician etc) and a reputation for aggressive tactics. Despite that, attorney Holder remained composed, strategic, and unwaveringly ethical throughout the process.
While the other side relied on intimidation and threats, Attorney Holder stayed focused on the facts and the law. Her calm under pressure, clear communication, and integrity made a world of difference. I always felt informed and protected and the contrast between the two attorneys made me even more appreciative of Attorney Holder’s professionalism.
In a situation where lesser representation might have folded under pressure, Attorney Holder stood firm. I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone who needs skilled, principled, and steady legal guidance.

I hired Attorney Holder to handle my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. While the case was ultimately approved, I was disappointed by the lack of communication throughout the process. I constantly had to call their office for updates, which I felt should have been proactively provided to me, especially during such a stressful time.

Unfortunately, I also recommended Attorney Holder to my sister, who needed help filing a Chapter 13. That turned out to be a decision I deeply regret. My sister's experience has been horrible, marked by poor communication, unanswered calls, and unprofessional attitudes from the staff when she follows up. Despite repeated promises to call her back, they rarely do, and now she’s left in a confusing and frustrating situation where money is being deducted from her account, but her bills are still delinquent. Yet, Attorney Holder continues to collect her personal fees without providing clear answers.

Please take this as a cautionary review. Look elsewhere for a more professional and responsive attorney who will treat you with the respect and clarity you deserve during an already difficult time.
