Her communication style and overall demeanor comes across as unprofessional, and I found her language to be unnecessarily harsh and inappropriate. Rather than demonstrating the warmth and courtesy often associated with Southern hospitality, the interaction felt disrespectful and unpleasant. Paula was very kind and calming. She wasn’t stoic or judgmental which is what I was expecting. The hardest part was making my mind up and getting started gathering documents to upload. Once I had that done, it was super fast and easy. She is very responsive and gives sound advice. She doesn’t just tell me what I want to hear. She is optimistic but also realistic. I am very pleased so far.
