9 years ago when I filed for divorce, I was referred to Cuomo law firm by a state Delegate that my mom worked with after she asked him for a reference to a law firm that we could TRUST.

Jason Cuomo has been my attorney for my divorce, contempt and child custody filings and has never once let me down. I've been blown away by the depth of Jason's legal knowledge, his experience, efficiency and consistent assertive course of action.

Going through a child custody filing is one of the most grueling experiences imaginable...even more so as an
overwhelmed single mother. I couldn't have gotten through it without the support of Jason's paralegal Meghan, the law firm support staff Janet, Adele, Ms. Dot and at times even Mr. Dennis Cuomo himself. The entire legal team was empathetic and responded quickly to my (at times frantic) questions and concerns.

Jason is undeniably one of the best attorneys in Baltimore. Jason Cuomo was the lawyer I was directed to contact after my ex placed my nonverbal, autistic son in a group home without informing me. When I called, his response wasn’t professional, and it was rather aggressive. That’s when I knew I had him. He said, “What do you want?” and after more barking, ended with, “Don’t call here again.” No concern. No courtesy. Just hostility.

I later found out my son had undergone surgery only because he FaceTimed me from a hospital bed, visibly sick. No one informed me. When I told his mother I was going to the hospital, she said security would remove me. Then came the line: “My lawyer is about to come down here.” That lawyer was Jason Cuomo. Draw your own conclusions. Meanwhile, I have joint legal custody of my boy and there's no protection order against me whatsoever.

He’s also known to reference that his father was a former state’s attorney and that he “knows all the judges.” As if that’s supposed to intimidate anyone. All it reveals is quiet favoritism and an entitled mindset that thrives behind closed doors.

I understand they expect me to be a thriving irrational. But I know the traps, and I’m not falling for them. I’ll destroy this corruption with facts, a pen, and a piece of paper.

This attorney operates inside a system that enables the isolation of fathers or mothers from their children. Especially vulnerable ones. I've filed formal complaints through every proper legal channel, but more importantly, I’m taking this public.

This didn’t break me. It activated me. I write press releases backed by timelines, and this review is just the start.

He’s not dealing with a bitter father, like he might assume. And if he’s thinking of laughing this off, he should think again. He’s dealing with a walking press release.
