My wife and I went in to get our wills established recently and were very pleased with the detailed information provided by Chad and Lisa who works as the paralegal. We met with Chad for a consultation and he took the time to answer all of our questions and provide a quote for the documents they would prepare. Lisa was quick to send us a draft copy (within 5 business days) of the will for review and edits. We turned in a few edits and a few days later, we were ready for sign off. Throughout the signing process, each document was again explained so we were in full understanding. The cost was reasonable and it was explained that preparing the will ahead of passing will bypass probate for most assets. Probate is an experience we have seen some of our close friends and family go thru which has taken years of time and multiple thousands of dollars to remedy.
