The Bihm Firm, PLLC

I am looking to hire an attorney, and have certain questions. The person who answered the phone was dismissive, earning this review.
Having now read the office's reply, I'll explain a bit further.
I called a dozen law offices today, and for the most part it felt like calling Dr's office's. They act like I, the customer, should be grateful that their staff would even take my call.
In this case, the unpleasant office worker asked too many questions, declaring that the attorney wouldn't consult with me (even while charging me), without more information.
The fact that I'm the parent and not directly involved is somewhat relevant, but since I'll be the one paying, you needed to treat me like a customer whose business you want.
As it is, I did find two law offices that I am quite happy with, and my review here stands.
