Honestly I will say that I have not had a good experience with my filing with Marcus. I was given different answers when I asked the same questions at different times. I was first told one thing and then later told something different pertaining to the same topic. He was not very responsive to emails or messages on the portal. I sent an email last Thursday that still has not been answered, It is now Tuesday morning. I called Yesterday to follow up on that email ( called around 11:31 AM) and did not receive a call back. It is now 10AM the next day. If he's too busy to respond/has too many clients to get answers straight he should probably focus on what he currently has and not take on even more. My impression is that he has too much and seems to be "all over the place with everything". I was informed that my wage garnishment would stop "immediately" and it has not yet stopped and my first payment for my filing is due next week. I honestly have not been happy with my experience with this guy at all.

I’m not even a client yet and I love this firm! I spoken to Matthew and Marcus and they are genuine, attentive and extremely helpful. They answer the phone and talk to you which is EVERYTHING TODAY! I will edit my review later but I’m sure my experience is going to be a pleasurable one!
